German firm Motel One developed their first hotel in Spain in Barcelona, at a site which used to host the regional police headquarters. This 301 room hotel benefits from privileged views over the entrance of Parc de la Ciutadella, one of Barcelona’s most magnificent green parks.

Major tourist destinations such as the Gothic quarters, the harbour, Barceloneta district and the beach are within walking distance or within easy reach by public transport links (bus and Metro).

The building was designed by architectural firm SOB Arquitectos and is arranged over ground and six upper floors following Motel One’s standards. Car parking is available in a single underground floor for 46 cars.
